shawnd Posted June 18, 2020 Report Posted June 18, 2020 Yes. Was bored and started searching on YouTube for M20K 252 videos and guess what I found? ABC' Wide World of Flying And whoever owns N252YG - they have a star in their hangar! 7 Quote
carusoam Posted June 18, 2020 Report Posted June 18, 2020 Add it to the list... Invite @gsxrpilot for the show... -a- 2 Quote
shawnd Posted June 18, 2020 Author Report Posted June 18, 2020 Few points - The factory looked busy back in the day and probably the only shot of folks mating the wing to the body that I have seen. - Bonus: Rod Machado talks about "Morning Sickness" back in 1980s - with example! ~22:40. Quote
EricS Posted June 18, 2020 Report Posted June 18, 2020 Also a segment on the Mooney PFM (Powered by Porsche) starting at 31:06. Quote

elimansour Posted June 18, 2020 Report Posted June 18, 2020 Small bit of trivia - the Producer and Director, David E. Jackson has about 500 hours in Mooneys and absolutely loves flying them. He told me that Bill Cox still owns and flies a Mooney and absolutely loves it!! Go Mooney!! 2 Quote

Speed Brakes Posted January 12, 2021 Report Posted January 12, 2021 @shawnd thanks for this! I’m thinking about changing my tail number and googled the original tail number to see what it originally looked like and stumbled upon this page! S/N 25-1077 was N252YG from the factory but the previous owner changed it to N944Y. Fun find! Quote
carusoam Posted January 12, 2021 Report Posted January 12, 2021 Does the new tail number have a meaning? -a- Quote
