Possible intake leak?

I've noticed the #3 EGT has been a little higher than the average. Maybe 80-100 degrees F than #4 while they used to be very close to the same.  I've also noticed that my manifold pressure needle has gotten a little "shaky".  Not big variations, just shaky.  

I just had the whole plane decowled (even the bottom cowl!) For a starter swap and didn't note any irregularities.

Thoughts?
