Paul - M20C Posted September 21, 2018 Report Posted September 21, 2018 (edited) Does anyone know if this glareshield works with a 65 M20C that has the Lasar 201 windshield mod? I know the Lasar kit comes with the glareshield but I am missing my glareshield. It didn't come with the plane. http://www.knots2u.net/mooney201glareshield/ Thanks Paul. carusoam Posted September 26, 2018 Report Posted September 26, 2018 Good question, Paul... If you have a 201 window, it is probably going to fit... May not be a perfect fit, but better than nothing... One person to talk to about it... would be Dan at Lasar.... Dan might have a better source for Mooney related parts than knots2u... Find out who made that part. It appears knots2u is re-selling other people’s parts... Best regards, -a- Quote
Hank Posted September 26, 2018 Report Posted September 26, 2018 No good photo, but my 1970 C with 201 windshield has a 2-piece glareshield, what looks like the original one that screws on top of an extension going forward to the windshield. Quote
Niko182 Posted September 26, 2018 Report Posted September 26, 2018 this might help a tad bit if the 201 style glareshield doesn't work Quote

Hey Paul, Did you by the Glareshield from Spruce? 68 F Mack. Quote
Paul - M20C Posted December 8, 2018 Author Report Posted December 8, 2018 No, not yet. I go down there to Peachtree City occasionally so paying $125 in shipping feels like a waste of money. Quote
