Correct aileron and flap hinge lube?

Jerry says that Heim Bearing should be lubed with Tri-Flo in the January 2018 MAPA Log. 

I am trying to figure out which lube is recommended for Flap and Aileron hinges.  XPS?  I checked the service manual an found no guidance.

They’re sealed ball bearings I stopped lubricating them.  It can’t get in anyways

This is what I use for all my "light weight" oil applications D-5261NS. 

It's mil spec that's listed in almost every airframe MM I've ever worked on. 

Tri-flow is great too if you can't find what spec to use. Like nylon rollers or anything were you'd worry about paterolium wrecking the material, seals etc.

Thanks for the replies gents, very much appreciated.  LPS 2 I have in hanger, so will go with that.
