Since these are certified boxes, they will want to make sure they follow the STC installation process. Only Garmin dealers have the factory training supposedly to do this. I tried to put 3.14159265.... but the Faa said no. MBDiagMan Posted July 27, 2019 Report Posted July 27, 2019 I am under the impression that the M20 STC is availableand STC’d.. Since the Trutrak has just fallen off the face of the Earth for Mooney certification, I certainly hope the GFC500 is certified. All I have to do is add about $10K to the $7000 i squirreled away for the Trutrak that was supposed to be available next month over a year ago.

I suspect by the next web publishing of the next to be STC'd list the Spruce Goose and Unicorns will be ahead of the short bodies Mooney on Garmin's next to be STC'd outlook list.
