Ambassador's Last Call for Indianapolis Air Show

Last call for the Indianapolis Air Show event for the Mooney Ambassadors program Fri May 13th - Sun May 15th.  We have 2 definite and one likely participants with their aircraft, but four slots for our static display.  We'd really like 2 more confirmed participants that can have their aircraf there so that we can do a good showing of our Mooneys and the Mooney Ambassador program.  I need to give them a final answer tomorrow (Monday 3/14) on final number of participants, number of passes needed and hotel room count, so if interested, please PM or email me at jelswick1@insight.rr.com or call me at 614-395-4513.

We also welcome anyone who can come for one or more days to help out at the aircraft display. They anticipate 140,000-150,000 in attendance, so this can be a great showing for us!

May 13-15th, Indianapolis Regional, Indianapolis Indiana.  The Indianapolis Air Show is one of the largest in the United States and will be held over three days: May 13,14, 15.  The Ambassadors are to display 3-4 aircraft.  Attendance will be between 140,000-150,000.  This is ten times larger than the largest show we have ever attended. [Lake in the Sky, South Lake Tahoe, CA 15,000]   The identifier is KMQJ-Mt. Junior Aviators Rally, May 14th, Cornwall Regional Airport.  An introduction to flying including a ride in an airplane for youth ages 7-17. Why not attend, display, support Mooney and Promote G.A. to a junior aviator. Point Person: RB Franklin. Event sponsored by the Canadian Owners and Pilots Association and the Cornwall Flying Club.

Oceano Airport Celebration Day, May 14, 2011 [L52].  Come join us for this old-fashioned fly-in.  Free admission, fuel discount, live music, kids activities and good food.  Come support Oceano Airport which has been under the threat of development and/or closure. Last year we had a dozen Mooneys on Mooney Row. Point Person: Mitch Latting.
