A partnership gone sour over a maintenance bill is rumored to be the reason for the neglect.  It had a fresh engine when it was parked over 10 years ago.  About 100 AMUs would make it a very nice plane!

Very interesting cowl closure! Never seen the piece across the top, just the regular guppy mouth closure on the bottom.

'66F serial 670047 (The first year for the F), last registered to Bert Sharp, Longview TX Registration expired.

Not all Fs have the extra side windows but Fs are the only model that does.

Gs have the extra side windows...  But, the G doesn't get a nifty ram air inlet.  

PPI would be a must to determine if any or all of those mods are installed and documented properly.
