wishboneash Posted October 19, 2017 Report Posted October 19, 2017 Made it to DMax's on Monday (Oct-16) and my J is in the hands of the best Mooney mechanic around! So far so good. I flew from Livermore, CA to Boulder City, NV (Sunday) for the first leg. Refueled and flew the second leg via the Grand Canyon area (south rim) and parked overnight at Santa Fe, NM. Monday morning set off for Longview and just made it in time for a BBQ lunch. Drove to DFW in the afternoon and was back in the SF Bay area by midnight on Monday. Return trip possibly end of next week. Pics in order - Santa Fe, eastern Grand Canyon, Grand Canyon airport, western part of Grand Canyon, McKinney airport.
