K Prop

Lots of threads on various props. My 1983 262 has the original 216 McCauley prop. The MT prop is a beautiful thing, but priced out of my range.

Does anyone have experience switch from the 216 to the 221 McCauley prop that was standard for 252 and Encore? Is it really more efficient?

Are there better two blade options now?

I generally fly 17-19k going east, 6-8k going west.
