I think the asking price is way too high on this plane. 59k and no WAAS GPS? I'd also bet there was a prop strike or some sort of damage history.

I wouldn't personally offer more than 35k for this bird given the current market. If an IFR WAAS GPS isn't that important to you, 40k is doable, but given the seller's super high asking price, I really doubt you'll come together on a deal on this plane. My advice: keep looking.

At some point in time.  ADSB - Out should be one of the mandatory items traveling airplanes should be sold with.   How many years away from 2020 I can't answer

This aircraft had a tail number change.  It was formerly N6954U. It had a significant runway overrun incident in 1966 which may not show up when searching the current tail number. That's so old that it probably doesn't make a difference but you should know the full history.

Way overpriced. Based on what I paid for my '62 M20C with similar times, newer paint, and much much nicer avionics, I wouldn't pay more than $40k for this. For $60k you could get a nice E or F.
