jasona900 Posted July 27, 2016 Report Posted July 27, 2016 I couldn't be more excited to call myself the proud owner of N6XM, and be a member of the Mooney community!! I flew M20Js in college, and was hooked ever since. I have been watching this site for a long time, and it was this forum that connected me to my new Mooney. Paul, you were fantastic to work (and fly) with, and someone I would be honored to call a friend. Looking forward to making many more friends here, and creating many memories in 6XM!! 10 Quote

Danb Posted July 28, 2016 Report Posted July 28, 2016 Jason welcome, you've latched a great plane, good luck Quote
Hank Posted July 28, 2016 Report Posted July 28, 2016 Welcome, Jason. You'll find thenC is a pretty versatile plane. My useful load is 670 lb with full fuel, enough for over 5:30. Just tonight, I landed between the trees on a narrow grass strip at the beach. Took me three tries to line upmwithnthe runway, the lights kept disappearing on base leg, down behind the trees. Can't land when not lined up with the runway! Quote
N9201A Posted July 28, 2016 Report Posted July 28, 2016 Welcome Jason. I would suggest you join the Caravan, but as I'm sure Rocket, er, he who is known to you as Paul, has already prodded you, I guess I will look forward to meeting you at a Texas or AZ clinic or in Madison in 2017. Joker Quote
