No, it was one from the dark side (rhymes with beach).  Would like to have kept it in the Mooney family, but although several were actively interested and checking things out no one was ready to pull the trigger, and the other guy was waving cash under my nose.  Hard to refuse!  Went for almost full asking price.  It was a sweet deal.
