No, yours is forward facing. Updraft configuration the Venturi is vertical.  So this SIL doesn't apply.  I'd hate to see you throw money at this and not fix it.  Overhaul shops can tear down a component, not replace anything, and call it overhauled.  Since its been involved in an incident id specify it gets all new diaphragms, springs, etc  

Did you send in the flow divider and injectors?

Yes, everything from the servo forward was sent in.

The overhauled servo/flow divider was installed and the first test flight has been completed, so far so good.
