I have friends that have airplanes for sale. I've given the URL for the '66E model previously but I just created a web site for another one. It takes me five minutes to create a web site in iWeb and I own my own domain with unlimited storage and data transfer so it is no big deal to create web sites for friends' airplanes.

I will have to give him a call when I get back from my deployment.  I am very interested in this aircraft if it is clean without any major issues.  The vRef lists it as a 201 style windshield.  Those are around 5-6K installed right?  Can a 430 be upgraded to a W?  if so what is the price on that?

The 430 can be upgraded to a W for $3000 plus installation labor.  A new antenna (included in the $3k to Garmin) must be installed, and new coax cable may or may not be required, which might cost a few hundred to install.  Support for the non-WAAS will go away due to parts scarcity, so sooner or later one will be forced to upgrade if it needs to be serviced.

I agree that the E does not have a 201 windshield.  There are several 1-pc replacements with the original pre-J contour, and this plane appears to have one.
