Tommy Posted December 15, 2014 Report Posted December 15, 2014 Hi does anyone know the model and the part number of circuit breakers? Is it Klixon 2TC2 or 7277? Thanks
philipneeper Posted December 15, 2014 Report Posted December 15, 2014 I do not off the top off head. however any breaker that meets the amperage should work
RobertGary1 Posted December 16, 2014 Report Posted December 16, 2014 I do not off the top off head. however any breaker that meets the amperage should work I guess it depends on if you want to log it. If its not the original part you'd need a PMA, TSO, etc that says its ok for use in your application. At least if you're going to log it., -Robert
Awqward Posted December 17, 2014 Report Posted December 17, 2014 The specs for the pull type circuit breakers is in the MM section 91-20-02 (for 14v Js)...the CBs are Klixon 7277-2-x (where x is the amperage)....I don't see any alternate part numbers listed so as mentioned you need to use these... http://www.aircraftspruce.com/catalog/elpages/klixon7277.php
jetdriven Posted December 17, 2014 Report Posted December 17, 2014 7277 for the circuit breaker panel on the RH side.
N601RX Posted December 18, 2014 Report Posted December 18, 2014 Most breakers are considered a standard part and are manufactured to a mill spec instead of a pma or tso.
jetdriven Posted December 18, 2014 Report Posted December 18, 2014 601 is right. Standard parts need no TSO or PMA. In fact, you can substitute wheel bearings, electrical parts, belts, and bulbs under the faa's aging aircraft program. 1
