Garmin Pilot Subscription Renewal

I just submitted my renewal for Garmin Pilot. Last year I paid $150 and this included the standard U.S. and the U.S. IFR packages. The U.S. IFR package is supposed to contain everything in the U.S. VFR package.

When I renewed I got this:

Has anyone renewed recently? Did it work correctly for you?

I didn't renew, but I only show Standard and IFR... so I don't think you don't need VFR if you have IFR
