  1. Wont work , she sits up front...
  2. Are you going to have a "poll" on this one....
  3. In my E model , I am running out of elevator trim on landings , I think that a little more , would improve my landings , If I remove the emp fairings , and pull the trim link , and screw out the jack screw a half turn , or a full turn if required ...is there any downside???
  4. Just be careful.... The Doc is considering a panel upgrade, And a transient aircraft parked safely in a hanger at the Docs home field , might be an unwilling donor.......
  5. I was under the impression , that he was into inflatable parrots!!!
  6. Count me in Seth..... As for Mike , Im busy that day..... And Mike there is 5000 feet of runway , so you should have just enough runway to make a good landing...
  7. How about a poll , what pressure is reccommended for Mikes date , and at what altitude will she "explode"..
  8. The KX165 will pair with any indicator , except a Narco....
  9. I will go , but only if Pete wires Mikes typing fingers together with dental wire , so he cant post any more polls...
  10. You also might want to check out Beechtalk , there are a lot of experts on that will help you out.... A lot of our members are also members at Beechtalk....
  11. I liked "spends too much time talking to his parrots".......
  12. If you didn't put the shuttle valves in the lines at the rear of the wing where the 4 master cylinder lines come together it will never bleed... EVER.....The shuttle valves look like T fittings on steroids....also , The masters bleed independent of each other , the pilot and copilot sides do not connect unless both side pedals are being pressed...

  14. I think its a "D" bottle , will last at least 10 or 15 hours ...
  15. O2 is O2 is O2 ....That being said , I have two medical D bottles with a medical regulator , that feeds a nasal cannula , I think I am all in for 130$ IIRC , They work great , and there is no regulation for portable O2 as far as I know...
  16. Check the Man pressure hose for leaks, if it leaks you will indicate higher Man pressure than actual , = less power...
  17. And that's why I took the "Tank"...
  18. Mike , if you post one more Pole , I am going to steal your avatar ....
  19. Holy crap , a 2005 O cant bring 230K if this is the case , they will be under 200 in 5 years , and 150 in ten......That's Amazing.....
  20. I would not pull the wing , if there is a repair doubler it would be a no brainer , As far as cause , probably from people stepping on flap..... If the wing has to be pulled , have it done by an MSC , it is a huge undertaking , and you want someone that has done this numerous times before.... Have your mechanic go over the whole plane before you go any further.... If he was diligent enough to find these cracks , he can probably find any other major issues... If for some reason you decide not to repair aircraft , Contact me and I will make it as painless as possible.....Regards the "Boogie man" (Alan)
  21. Was that the first , second , or final landing......
  22. I vote we strap him to the tail of a Bonanza , and let smiles give him the "marathon man" treatment.......
