    Wife and I took our 11 week old first child on his first flight today. Filed for 5000, ended up cloud surfing the tops at 7000. Saw someone before me suggest taking out the right seat so my wife sitting back seat with our son would have plenty of leg room. Worked like a charm. Kid loved the flight. Can't wait to do lots more flying as the 3 of us. Wife wants another child sooner than later. Need Jimmy to find me a FIKI long body once or before the next one is here.     Don't forget Dynon. Supposedly their autopilot is in the works for Mooney's as we speak. I'm holding out for that or the GFC 500. considering the true track won't fly an approach, that's out for me and sounds like the main reason this question was asked for the OP.     I guess my distaste towards this isn't specifically aimed at you but our society of influencers who get these extravagant comps. I'll think long and hard before giving any of your sponsors any money knowing that a portion of my potential sale would go to offset your free goodies and that's what chaps my butt.     My wife and I are in labor now. We're planning on removing the front co pilot's seat so she and the kid can sit comfortably in the back.     Definitely not taking it like you're raining on the parade. I did think of that and didn't want to get into the 100 hr inspections and such for a rental machine. Wonder how @gsxrpilot pulls it off with his being dry leased?

    Just got an email from the dealer with this attachment, Aspen Avionics Operator Advisory OA2020-01 I did screenshots since attaching jpg is easier than pdfs. They're admitting to issues with the E5s and ProMaxs too in this. Resolution: dont fly IMC or get good at partial panel. Thats straight up BS.

    You know, my wife actually said this was an answered prayer. We're a matter of weeks away from our first child and I really don't want my plane to not fly for any extended timeline. This may solve that problem no matter the rate Sent from my Pixel 3 using Tapatalk
