    Get a few carpet squares to place the tires on. I use them in my hangar and am surprised how the rubber has stained the carpet. My case is different than yours as my rented hangar has unfinished concrete. I was able to pick up some 18"x18" squares at a discount store.

    It's early, but I saw in the Word Doc that it is located at F45 - North Palm Beach @Tomtrotter Defiantly need to provide more information such as times total/engine, logs (complete?), damage history (none?), mods. Also listing in the 'For Sale' section might help steer the search. I know I have seen a few folks looking for a nice F.

    I found a $700 difference between the companies as I have been getting quotes. Not much in the scheme of things, less than 10% difference. Mine will go up north, having had the opportunity to meet and talk to Paul was the difference maker.

    The G fell through for obvious reasons. The next was an F that came back with somewhere in the neighborhood of 30 discrepancies after the PPI. Bubbling paint, engine oil leak, prop leak, automotive parts on the exhaust, wing damage repaired with bondo, to name a few. The third was my current F.

    I like my F and am happy with it. The G was the first of 3 contracts it took to close on a plane.

    Yep that’s her. Was a no damage history beautiful G. I was within about a week of flying to Phoenix to pick her up. Had to start the search all over again. she had: 430W JPI EDM 930 Aspen, but I think it was the VFR version.
