DrBill Posted March 23, 2013 Report Posted March 23, 2013 When you find a good supplier you should let others know.. So here I go. I ordered a transfil adapter for my O2 bottle. Their customer service is great. They notified me of the tracking number, and when I replied on Saturday that it was not in the system, they replied within 2 hours that they had added an extra zero and copied/pasted the tracking infor into their email. I received the unit within 2 hrs of that email. Then I found that I had clicked on the wrong item and asked about returns.. Expecting a reply on Monday I was surprised on Sunday to have a response indicating to just send it back and they would send the right one. On Monday I sent the wrong one back and I expect the right one tomorrow. I have no association with Delta other than a happy customer. I just feel others should know.
