1963 M20C, Generator cooling shroud

May be someone can help me out. So I just got my generator overhauled and the generator I received back has a cooling shroud with a fitting for a duct, while my old one did not. What is the proper configuration for this year?

If I remember correctly I think it goes to the landing light. I'll check mine tomorrow.

In the 65'C....

The tube on the generator cooling shroud ran directly forward to an inlet at the front of the cowling. The landing light is in the same general area.

This is a four year old memory. So verify it's accuracy a bit...
