Paul Thomas Posted Saturday at 08:24 PM Report Posted Saturday at 08:24 PM The latch to the storm window broke today; the small piece of plastic that rotates to keep the storm window closed. Does anyone know where I can order one or if there is a file to have it 3d printed? Thanks, Paul Quote

N201MKTurbo Posted Sunday at 12:20 AM Report Posted Sunday at 12:20 AM I made one out of high grade birch plywood. It’s lovely. And my wife even likes the looks of it. Quote
Hank Posted Sunday at 03:24 AM Report Posted Sunday at 03:24 AM LASAR and GLAP come to mind. When I lost one of the two Chicago bolts out if mine, LASAR sent me a new set with four (4) much smaller bolts and insisted that was correct (it is for an Ovation). Verify your bolt pattern before ordering, and check details on the latch, too; it's been before July 2019, so the details have faded, it may all be one big kit. 1 Quote
PT20J Posted Sunday at 03:43 AM Report Posted Sunday at 03:43 AM Wow. So many options for a simple part. Were it so for some of the more complicated things! 1 Quote
Paul Thomas Posted yesterday at 12:47 AM Author Report Posted yesterday at 12:47 AM Thank you all. My neighbors bought their youngest a 3D printer. I'm going to have him print it; he's taking an entrepreneurial class so this project will fit right in and I'll learn more about 3D printing. Quote
