I'm confused by the title to your topic.  The KEA-130a is not a flight director?

I did some searching (as I'm sure you did too) and struck out on freebies.  Found a couple of places selling manuals.  Have you tried BeechTalk?  They have a much more extensive library of documents, and it's well curated.

Page 2-9 of the  KAS-297B Installation manual (I posted the link for you earlier this week) shows you how it needs to be wired. Wires A, B & C of the KEA-130A send gray code to the KAS-297B. That diagram on Page 2-9 shows you which pins they need to go to.
