ArtVandelay Posted May 25, 2024 Report Posted May 25, 2024 Why are you selling when you made so many upgrades recently? Didn’t even have a chance to enjoy it. Quote
alpha lima Posted May 25, 2024 Author Report Posted May 25, 2024 Selling to upgrade…new mission! Quote

flyboy0681 Posted July 16, 2024 Report Posted July 16, 2024 Interesting placement of the gear switch. Quote

With all of the inadvertent retractions, if not even your brain is conditioned on how it operates, then you can't inadvertently raise the gear...it's jeenious! Quote

Schllc Posted August 15, 2024 Report Posted August 15, 2024 I would like that setup Tough part is most of the people who can appreciate the value in the upgrades have already committed to an airframe, and those shopping either don’t have the budget or can’t yet appreciate them. Just need to wait for the right buyer or take a haircut. Quote
Invisibleman Posted October 22, 2024 Report Posted October 22, 2024 Hello. What is the status of your listing.? Don't see it in TaP. My son and I are looking for a 231. Quote
KLRDMD Posted October 22, 2024 Report Posted October 22, 2024 WOW. This looks quite a bit different than when I last flew it! Quote
Buckster Posted October 23, 2024 Report Posted October 23, 2024 Took 5 months to sell. What is your intentions for the upgrade? Quote
alpha lima Posted October 23, 2024 Author Report Posted October 23, 2024 That’s actually not true. The Buyer committed within two weeks of listing but the transaction was complicated as it involved the purchase and transfer of several LLCs, legal documents, attorneys and other matters around sales tax to operate a business (doing anything in CA is overly complicated). I now require something with comfort/space and more useful load to fit pax (family) — likely going Cirrus SR22T. 1 Quote
