I have found myself in a bit of a pickle. I was traveling for the holidays in my 2004 Bravo and felt a very slight intermittant vibration in the rudder pedals. I landed about 30 minutes later and during my inspection I found that the spinner had some movement but none of the screws were loose. The maintenance shop pulled it in and we found that the spinner bulkhead screws had come loose and egged out the mounting holes (threads in the prop hub were good). I could find the part number for the bulkhead (D-6199) and the slinger ring (4683-02) separate but not together. Drilling, centering and balancing is not something we are wanting to tackle with the two components. Does anyone know if there is a part number for the combined part? We are going to be looking for the root cause of them backing out and balancing the prop. I tried to contact the guys at CAV but it seems they are most likely out until after the first of the year. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

The shop had to do it. While I don’t know for sure, I expect that when TKS is initially installed they install the slinger ring to your existing bulkhead.

I appreciate the help with this. I was thinking that was going to be the case.
