The boost pump switch on my 77 J isn’t working.  It will not move to the on position.  It’s like something inside the switch has broken and is blocking it from moving.  The parts manual lists 4 different part numbers for a J model.  Mine is supposed to be 930023-011.  It seems that these switches are unavailable.  Since these switches are also circuit breakers, what is everyone using as replacements?  What is the difference between the one specified for my serial number versus the other 3?  What is the amperage rating on the circuit breaker in these switches?

I think the circuit breakers are available, you will just need to swap the plastic cover. The number that is not available is the assembly that includes the new plastic switch cover.

Make sure it's not "stuck" because it's tripped.    That's how they behave when tripped.   If it's stuck when the master is off, then it's stuck.

The part number on the back indicates the amperage, which you can also find in the IPC (I think) or Maintenance Manual.

FWIW, I have an elevator trim switch, part number 20TC2-BG-3 (Klixon), I think based on the markings it’s rated 8 amps.

I'm fairly certain the -3 means 3 amps. A 20TC2-BG-10 would be 10 amps, etc.

On my K, the boost pump switch is a switch, not a breaker switch.  It has an inline fuse from the auxiliary bus bar.  There are probably multiple configurations, hence the different part numbers.

You really need a wiring diagram specific for your serial number to work on anything electric.  Apart from being hard to print (or view on a computer), the Mooney drawings for that vintage are very complete and accurate.

I have spare switches and breaker switches, but you need to be a little closer to identifying it before I go scratching in my boxes.
