I have an HSI adapter.  I don’t know if it will work with a simple DG or not, as I have not tried to compare pinouts.   However; They do use the same plugs and I recall the dg adapter plug only using a couple of the pins.  I am pretty sure the extra pins allow for two additional +/-v wires for accutrak interface.

What is the make and model and I'll do some homework to see if that will work. I'm not having much luck finding one so far. I thought I had one but gentlemen only takes cash app and then the conversation went cold, so I don't know what happen there. But maybe yours will work. Thanks.

Here are photos.  One side goes to the DG adapter box, the other goes to the HSI.  I THOUGHT this box transfers the same left/right signals, but does not have a gain adjustment like the DG box has.

However, it DOES also have a gain adjustment for the DG on the back of the case..   I’m pretty sure that this just blends the left/right signals from the DG and CDI, so you may be able to use just the bug signals alone and the output is gain adjustable just like the DG adapter.

Hence, 2 additional pins on the hsi side

but iirc, the dog box has an input plug from the TC for ship feedback

@OTreeLemur,, Thank you very much for the extra effort.

You're welcome.   Those things are rare as hen's teeth.  Work is keeping me super busy this week and I have a trip over the weekend.   Probably won't get to dig through the box until next week.

This is a long shot, but you could try calling Porter Strait Instruments in Tulsa.  I believe they will still overhaul the Brittain Turn Coordinators.  Maybe, just maybe, they have some parts lying around.  They were in the same local area as Brittain Industries.

You could try to call or email the Brittain contact too.  I forget the ladies name, that's still helping folks.  She might know how hard they are to find.

Thank you, I'll give Porter a call and see if he may have something. I've been in contact with Brittian, the ladies name is Cecelia. Very nice person to deal with but she doesn't have one either.
