GFC 700 roll actuator fail

I get a ROL error - on the PFD (G1000) - as the GFC 700 initializes, I get the ROL in the red box

Funny thing is, if I turn off the autopilot power switch and recycle - everything boots up fine. Still, this has happened on 2 of my last 4 flights.

Time for a new roll actuator? Sound familiar to anyone here?

My bet it's something simple..maybe like a slight bit of corrosion on the itty bitty pins of the GFC module on the radio rack..but what do I know? Nothing, this is a WAG
