The market is a little nuts right now. Had this question been asked two years ago the answer would have been a definite no. Now, not so much.

Now, not so much. The Mooney that is the subject of this post is in Louisiana. I believe the owner told me he is in his 80s and is going to sell the plane because he doesn't need to be flying anymore. I certainly hope there is at least one more manual gear F out there for me to buy! lol
