Service bulletin M20-139A requested

Hello everyone. I currently have a 1965 m20c in annual in need of new rubber landing biscuits. I’m aware of a service bulletin detailing retrofit of the available replacements however the link to this service bulletin no longer works. Does anyone have a copy of this SB they could provide me? I have searched the forums for this sb and only found 2 results that point to the broken link referenced below. Thank you.

Already have but in the meantime I’m hoping someone might have it available now. I was surprised nothings available through a google search.
