(A local engraving shop here in Kerrville did them for Mooney originally. They misspelled "Ovation" on quite a few of them and no one noticed "Oviation". At least it wasn't Ovulation.) thinwing Posted October 27, 2021 Report Posted October 27, 2021 the one on my Bravo is a standard two layer black on clear acrylic plastic...engraving is on underside removing first black layer and exposing clear.Than a gold paint is applied to letters .....a good sign shop should have no problem reproducing...ie like removing ex wife/gf when aircraft was purchased
