Who’s everyone using for insurance? My carrier i used for my Cherokee requires an instrument rating for a complex plane and I’m currently doing instrument training but can’t do it without insurance. I’m a 300hr private pilot with 80 hours in mooneys. I just put a quote in with falcon but am curious what you private pilot only guys are doing?

I used a local broker when I bought my Mooney with 62 hours in my logbook and a damp PPL. Changed to Falcon seven years later, with several hundred Mooney hours and a 4-year-old Instrument ticket.

Maybe Global? I don't remember.

Now I use Airspeed Insurance. @Parker_Woodruff
