Gear down lock blocks on Ebay - defective

Looking on Ebay this morning there is an ad for some gear down locks for manual gear Mooney's.  Based on the photos in the ad, the holes in two of the blocks appear to be elongated. 


The seller has been contacted explaning why the items are a safety issue and in my opinion, are not serviceable.
