Don't forget the termite inspections and treatment by a termite expert. A friend of mine lost one to termites.

I dont think we have alot of termites here in Alberta.

Too cold.

I have had a pre-inspection done prior to purchase and i had an annual done last month.

The plane also had the wings rebuilt in Feb 2008 so i am pretty sure i am in good shape.

The spars are as good as new
