I figure just join the MILTON FOUR arrival at HARLM? Or they may just tell me to join at DREMS... Any advice on what to expect would be great! Thanks! They really don’t want us there! I’d fly to FRG and Uber. Would be cheaper and lower stress... I did go in there (right seat) in a 182 on an Angel Flight many years ago...but it was on the stressful side....even with two of us. As it seems they don’t want us there, I would expect to receive lots of delays waiting for all the commercial traffic in and out. It would be entertaining to hear all the comments from atc while flying a Mooney there!!! BUT you'd likely be put in a holding pattern, and then stuck in a very tight spot during a break in traffic. You might hold for an hour. As an alternative (and I see you're not going there, but just for the info), there are lots of VFR folks on sight-seeing jaunts all over NYC. It is easier than it seems....in fact, when you are flying looking into the Skyscrapers, you won’t believe they allow you to do this. One of the last great freedoms in aviation (ok there are a few, but this one has to be at the top of the list).
