cliffy Posted July 30, 2017 Report Posted July 30, 2017 No "Service Bulletins" are "mandatory" unless you want to do them if you are Part 91. Only Airworthiness Directives are MANDATORY to do when issued (per FAA). Not to say its not a good idea to look into this one if you had engine work done during that time period but its not "mandatory" by the FAA. Quote
