Looking things over this afternoon - the right rear riser was loose at the cylinder (looks to be that the washers cracked and disappeared...) but the worse part is that the weld at the stub that goes into the muffler is cracked all around - is this something other members have seen and had repaired - or is it time for a new muffler?

Any insight to a great place to buy a muffler or a great place to have the muffler rewelded would be greatly appreciated.

Just had a similar thing on my E.  Dawley has a jig for the 360.  They replaced a riser and welded the crack for around $250.  Quick turn time too!  Lots cheaper than a new exhaust. This assumes the flame tubes and everything else is good.  Give them a call.  I suggest sending all the risers and parts so they can jig it up accurately.  Biggest pain was shipping.
