midlifeflyer Posted June 13, 2016 Report Posted June 13, 2016 I'm doing a small survey of type-specific training programs and whether they use liability waivers/hold harmless agreements. I know for example that the Bonanza PPP uses one (it's available on their website). For those here who have used the MSF program let me know whether it uses one and, if so, whether you can send me a copy. Thanks.
Oldguy Posted June 13, 2016 Report Posted June 13, 2016 When I took the class last year in KCHA, they had to named as an additional insured. Don't recall having a hold-harmless liability doc.
Zwaustin Posted June 13, 2016 Report Posted June 13, 2016 Just wanted my insurance to have their name on it. One phone call and it was added. 1
Hank Posted June 13, 2016 Report Posted June 13, 2016 Yep, all MAPA has ever asked of me is to be named on the insurance. It's a quick phone call, a fax/email, and no charge. Insurance likes it when we get type-specific training.
