And I don't want to but with times the way they are I don't have a choice....


 


I have a charter and lease back with a school for 65HR for my 67M20F dry...


 


Would you do it???????????????????


 


No hanger, just free tiedown and free oil with a newly bored engine\new prop...


Not much oil useage........


I am tied in at about 20-30hrs right now and not completly sure I want to stay....


 


Anyone out there doing a lease back?????

I did it before on a 172 i used to own and would not do it again.


The wear and tear put on it by renters was not worth it in my humble opinion.


Nobody will look after your baby like you do.

My bird was on a leaseback for a couple of years and I would not do it again if I could avoid it. Especially a Mooney as we have a rep for prop strikes and gear issues. Lots of us do not have dual brakes. It was a pain.
