  1. Not sure Hose' It was a scrap yard that I do business with , They will be here on Monday , and I will clean up , inspect , and inventory them....Usually on the older Mooneys , a gear up sends them to the yard.....
  2. This is a set of O&N Bladders , as removed from a short body Mooney , they are almost complete right down to the foam filler pieces that sit under the bladders , Figure an additional 500.00 to O&N for a Paperwork package , and a few small parts , Looking for 2250.00 , They are the flush caps , The cure date on the bladders is 2005 , meaning they were probably installed in 2006....Alan 856 419 5209...
  3. The radio loses its TSO when the data tag is removed , One of my vendors who is one of the largest resellers , will remove the data tag if a customer declines repair and tells them to dispose of the radio....No manufacturer will reissue a data tag....... That being said , I have a 28 volt 430 non W.A.A.S. with fresh paperwork coming in this week , 4000 and its yours...
  4. If you need one I will sell it to you for 300 guaranteed to work.....
  5. Sometimes its not the money , but the challenge of being a cheap bastard....That being said , every Mooney I have ever owned , had the Lasar jack tie downs installed.....Its just a great Idea.....

  7. I have one from an E if that will work..
  8. Since I am the acting chairman of the CB club , I am officially offering you a "Mulligan" Take the thing , so he doesn't have to throw it out...
  9. If you are going to buy a Mooney , I would not go back farther than a J at this point , the fleet is getting riddled with corrosion and wet wing problems , also try to get at least a 78 J as it has higher flap speeds etc and is the place to start , You wont need any aerodynamic clean up on the J it is ready to go out of the box , although the Lopresti cowls look cool (no pun ) they are not good as far as value verses performance reward ,Also don't discount the Bonanzas , if fuel economy is not in your highest priority you would want to look at the Beech product.....The best part of the Beech and The Mooney is there are parts and stcs galore for these planes.....I am currently doing a C182RG project , and parts are not easy on this plane....I have been spoiled by the Mooneys and Beeches as there are "Parts a plenty" on the used second hand market...
  10. Can anyone post pics of fuel caps from an O&N Bladder install ??? Thanks...
  11. Save your money , the Mooney will still be loud as hell , a good set of Lightspeeds will do the trick..
  12. I am guessing the oil sump survived , the logs follow the data plate , its the only part that cant be altered...

  15. He is right about the TSO not being required , but if it is not a PMA'd part , it wont get a field approval....
