    I have the slanted panel, would it fit? this seems like i'd come out ahead if i did this instead of 2 gi-275's with sv.

    I have a nav flite II. so would need a backup g5 or another aspen it seems. What's install time look like on an Aspen?

    After 3 years, I finally decided to install the LASAR tail ring, expecting it would be better than using the winch on the single tiedown eye. drove to the airport, found my gloves and wrenches, pulled out a pad to lie on, dug out the lasar ring, and went to work installing. UNFORTUNATELY, the darn thing doesn't fit. i'm bummed! the holes are about 1/8 inch too close. cry

    M20E here so not AS heavy, but def feels like it when pushing it about by hand. Def Not saying it's right, but I use a Harbor Freight winch to pull Birdy into the hangar. 3years and so far so good. Added a few bungess to blunt the jerking motion I've tried attaching at the nose gear, but this seems to be much harder on the winch -- difference in angle ?

    not close to an airport but absolutely worth the effort is Vic N Anthony's downtown houston. A Ny or RibEye was so good, it had me dreaming about it for atleast a few weeks. wife told me to shutup talking about it

    They gave me one of these right as I took off out of kdtn. Something like EMG/10nm/221 radial. Then direct mokpe then as filed I just went direct mokpe. how the hell was i supposed to ifr climb while fiddling with the gps? oh yeah the point was like 2 mins in front of me. why not give me the route while on ground? .

    no, but they will give you the name of a shop which does the overhaul. you may be able to find the name with a search here on mooneyspace.
