Pre-Advertisement, 1978 M20J 201

This is a trial balloon for the pre-advertising question presented earlier.  This is what I have in mind.

We have a nice 1978 M20J with Apprx. 2975 TT and 1175 SMOH coming on line in a few days.

Has the KFC-200 autopilot which is rare in the '78 model, so it has HSI, Flight Director and glide slope coupling which did not become semi-standard until a few years later.

Equipped with G-430W, GTX-330 (with TIS), MX-20, PSE audio panel and WX-1000 stormscope.

Has a JPI and a Shadin.

Paint is 12 years old and modern scheme, supposed to be in good condition.

Interior is Maroon Leather, older but recently attended and supposed to be good.

Compressions are good.  Main discs replaced 2011.  Maxwell annual 2011.  2012 annual was owner assisted annual.

There was a prop strike right after the overhaul.  Other than that, I don't know of any damage, but I haven't read all of the logs yet.

Owner is a US Air Force pilot who is about to be shipped overseas so we are hoping to get his deal done in the next 10-12 weeks.
