Need advice on brakes

I have a 1989 M20J. I need to replace my brakes. Do I have any options with regard to parts?  Are OEM the only choice or are there options?  Where is the best place to buy them. I want them next week. My mechanic said mine are severely corroded.  Thanks.

What exactly is "severely corroded"?

• Discs?
• Calipers?
• Master cylinders?

Yes, what he said ^^^^.

There are options for disks and linings. Calipers are only OEM. But you can buy individual parts. If your caliper is corroded, I have had good luck polishing them out.
