Wanted: partner or share, mooney in southern CA

Hi everyone, 

New to the forums! I'm looking for a mooney in southern california to get into a fractional ownership of, or a partner(s) to buy one.  I live in Huntington Beach, work in Long Beach so anywhere nearby.  I'm open to pretty much any arrangement, just dont have a lot of money.

If you are interested I know where a m20e is that just came out of paint. Not sure what the guy wants but my A&P maintains it and just messaged me this morning to ask if I could spread the word. The mooney is located at KWJF parked on the ramp in front of MH Aviation. N9361V
