Recommendations for AP/IA in Los Angeles, CA area for a pre buy inspection

Hello everyone, my husband and I are in the process of purchasing our first Mooney, first aircraft for that matter! Please send recommendations on a reliable AP/IA to do our pre buy inspection. Thank you in advance! 1976 Mooney M20F

There is an MSC at Cable (KCCB) https://www.foothillaircraft.com/ that I used over 7 years ago for my pre-buy.  Not terrible but they did miss a leaking prop...no idea these days as I did not go back. AFAIK it is still run by Curtis Cable (grandson of the airport's founder).

I've had good luck with GA out of KFUL, http://genaviationco.com/ but no idea about their pre-buy competence for Mooneys.

I've been at KFUL for I think about 5 years now and use Ben at Ben's Motor Works. He services a number of Mooneys and is familiar with them. He's honest and very fair on his pricing. If you give him a call tell him Richard referred you.
