Pre-purchase Inspection Recommendation?

I am looking for a recommendation for someone who can do a pre-purchase inspection on an Ovation that is located in north New Jersey.  Thank you!

I know some people have a problem with Air Mods (Mooney Service Center) in Robbinsville, NJ (N87), but usually the comments are "I've been told" with nothing more.  

I used Dave for probably 25 years before I moved and know multiple other people that have also used him for decades with no issues.  And at the recent MAPA PPP in Ft Worth, he was called out as the Go-To guy in the NE, so I guess there's that too.  

For those that may speak up....  Was it a one-off or did you have years of issues?  Was it when Dave had basically sold the business and was not around, then had to come back?  Or it was during COVID when a lot of shops were having issue?  All I know is a few decades of great service should carry some weight.
