I have upgraded the avatar feature in the "My Profile" area to now accept any sized image - it will automatically resize it down for you.


To add an avatar image just click on "My Profile" at the top right of the page then at the appropriate area select "Browse..." to pick the JPG or GIF file off your PC, then click "Save" to upload (be patient as it can take a while to upload big images!)

Hi there:  Not sure what the problem is, could be me, but I keep getting a message "there is a problem with your avatar image, please try again" when I try to upload my chosen picture.  I gave it about 5 minutes, but it's not that big an image.  What am I missing?  I like the site

This has been fixed.  We moved servers two days ago and apparently the new server was missing a needed hotfix update.
