I received my boots early this week, shipped very quickly and included manufacturing certificate and instruction page for boot replacement. A very pleasant experience all around. Hats off to @M20E for me for a well executed group buy.

Just bought a 1967 F and my elevator trim boots are bad, how do we start this up again?

You have some sort of altitude control on your 67?  Mine only had wing and rudder servos.  I'm still interested in a spare or two if you generate enough interest for a group buy.

Yes, I was as surprised as you when I found out that it has altitude hold... well it does when the servos are working!

Be sure to size them carefully.  The altitude hold servos are typically much larger than the rudder and ailerons.

Yes, I noticed that. I realize there must be a couple different PNs for the boot sizes.

Anyone wants to get another order going?

I think we can figure out how to do a group buy of 80% complete boots that look just like Brittain, leaving room for the owner to do another 20%(cutting a top hole for example). This way it will be legal "owner produced part."   I'm sure we could order them at $20 a boot if the order will be big enough.
