I’ve got reservations on that price since it has a timed out engine. Had a nice chat and got to look it over. It just came out of major service at a mooney center and had a lot done to it there. He’a motivated to sell but he’s just nowhere near what I think would be fair. Too bad. p.s. Besides the engine hours, there was a bit of external rust and the frame around the door looked awful.
