The process of chasing leaks is very frustrating - that’s what drives people to finally go to one of the major shops that have an excellent reputation for complete re-seals.  It eventually looks very reasonable compared to draining the tanks over and over and looking for the leak and go through the whole process. Painful once but should be done for 20-30 years.
